been composing and performing music since 2002. Originally formed to the launch the Metaphysical Cinema Syndicate Manifesto at Jean-Luc Godard’s Cinéréel film festival at the Pompidou Centre, Paris, in 2010, the group uses film, poetry, music, and performance to challenge conventional cinema.
The Syndicate has staged poetry and music events and presented film masterclasses in Pompidou Centre Paris, Parkteatret Oslo, Capitole Lausanne, San Francisco International Film Festival, Festival Hall, London, and at the Hay Literary Festival.
